At TCA, we are committed to providing elite-performance gear that fits perfectly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the performance gear you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached; ensure the apparel is unworn and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
